Therapeutic Coaching 

The best option for you if you're going through a significant life event, if you're struggling with your current mental and emotional wellbeing and/or wish to address & process past emotional wounds and trauma. 

Due to the nature of Therapeutic Coaching sessions are 90 mins long to give you the time and space you need and are bookable in blocks of 8.

Price £1,300 

A free 15min zoom call is required prior to booking to ensure Therapeutic Coaching is the right option for you.

SET - Somatic Energy Technique is my unique blend of Trauma Informed Somatic Processing & Clear Energy Therapy™ that specifically addresses fears, emotions, beliefs & thought patterns that have become stuck within your mind, physical body and energetic body allowing you to more easily regulate your responses to external triggers & reduce self sabotaging patterns of behaviour.
