We need to have an uncomfortable conversation about Racism.
This is not an episode that will give you all the answers but watching what’s happening around the world and doing nothing is the worst thing we can do right now.
As a white person I need to take a stand against the systematic racism we see all around us.
I’m on a steep learning curve and I invite you to join me.
It’s uncomfortable AF but change doesn’t happen if we don’t do the work.
